BCAPOP is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to develop a comprehensive initiation planand funding strategy for establishing a bed-based perinatal substance use treatment centre for mother/parent and infant dyads in Kamloops, BC. The proposed centre will provide integrated perinatal healthcare, mental health, and substance use treatment services designed to support the dyads in a medically supervised, trauma-informed and culturally safe environment. The goal of this RFP is to identify a partner capable of delivering a detailed initiation plan which includes licensing requirements, funding strategy options, and the implementation roadmap to open the treatment centre within the next 5years.
