Payment & Refund Policy
No refunds or cancellations, as all completed registrations will receive access to a recording for a limited time following the event. Registration is not compete until payment is received.
Payment Deadlines:
Until August 31, 2021: payment must be received by August 31, 2021 to be eligible for the early bird discount; otherwise pending registration will be cancelled.
September 1, 2021 - October 19, 2021: payment must be received by October 19, 2021 otherwise pending registration will be cancelled.
Registration Terms & Conditions:
Registration is intended for the paid registrant only. Registration is not be shared/viewed with non-registrants. BCAPOP reserves the right to invoice the paid registrant for any additional unpaid viewers using a paid registration.
Note: we cannot guarantee that registrations completed after 12pm PT on October 19, 2021 will receive the login information in time for the live event; however, access to the recording of the session will still be provided.
Reminder: Members must log-in BEFORE REGISTERING for an event to access special discounted rates for members only. Pricing will not be adjusted for members registering at the non-member rate.
