Workshop Description

Early pregnancy loss is one of the most common forms of pregnancy loss, yet many families feel unprepared for the experience and unsupported in the aftermath. This workshop offers a compassionate and practical look at what early pregnancy loss can involve, helping participants deepen their understanding of the physical realities, the emotional impact, and the many ways people make meaning of their loss. Together, we will also explore how identity, culture, and access to care can shape these experiences, and how thoughtful, inclusive support can make a meaningful difference.

Participants will:

  • Understand the different types of early pregnancy loss
  • What to expect when managing a loss at home
  • Recognize the emotional impact of early pregnancy loss on individuals and families
  • Explore how identity, culture, and access to care influence experiences of pregnancy loss
This event will be recorded and will be available to registrants for up to 14 days after its release.
