The BCAPOP Safety Plan Cards are part of the BCAPOP Perinatal Substance Use Toolkit. They serve as a conversation starter for pregnancy outreach workers to talk with all participants about who can help them look after their child(ren) at times when they cannot parent safely. The card is meant for the participant to take home as a reminder tool. The "My Safety Plan" cards are printed in colour on 4.25" x 5.5" card stock. Quantity: 100 cards per pack.
